SMS Privacy Policy
Effective 10 September 2024
To comply with spam control initiatives being implemented by the telecommunications industry, we are sharing this SMS Privacy Policy (“Policy”) to explain in clear terms just what it is that we do—and do not do—with your data when you text us.
Simon Everett uses a third-party application to enable short message service (SMS) functionality for our employees. Simon Everett uses this SMS functionality to communicate internally and with clients, partners, and other parties. When you send an SMS to a Simon Everett employee, we collect your phone number (which we may associate with your name and other identifying information) and any content you include in the SMS text message. We use this information to communicate with you and to support the regular conduct of our business. None of the information we collect exclusively via SMS will be shared with, rented to, or sold to third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. (We do not conduct SMS marketing campaigns, either.) When you text us, you consent to allowing us to text you back, but you can always decline to receive texts in the future by texting us the word “STOP.” We reserve the right to change this Policy at any time with or without prior notice to you.
If you have any questions about this Policy, please reach out to us at contact@simoneverett.com.
