Lucy Santora
Analyst
Lucy Santora conducts market research and stakeholder engagement for government agencies, associations, and private sector clients. Her work spans the cybersecurity workforce, foreign area studies, and the healthcare industry.
Before joining the Simon Everett team, Lucy was a research and policy consultant with Longview Global Advisors, a firm that helps business leaders embrace change through global intelligence, thought leadership, and corporate positioning. There, she contributed to white papers and wrote executive briefs on policy initiatives. Lucy was also a Marcellus Policy Fellow at the John Quincy Adams Society, where she explored the implementation of restraint policy through public diplomacy.
Lucy holds a B.A. in International Relations and a Master’s in Public Diplomacy from the University of Southern California. During her time at USC, she was a Provost Research Fellow under Professor Carol Wise working on Dragonomics: The Rise of China in Latin America among other projects. She was also a Junior Fellow at the Pacific Council, where she developed content for national delegations and edited the guide for the GITMO Observer Program.
