Lisa Autz assesses and evaluates digital infrastructure projects in emerging markets, with a focus on connectivity, cybersecurity, and smart cities.
Before joining the Simon Everett team, Lisa was a Senior Consultant in the Business Transformation practice at Ernst & Young. At EY, Lisa led and owned global technology transformation programs, working with Fortune 500 clients across a wide range of industries, including telecommunications, consumer retail, and technology. She has experience developing data-driven insights to improve business processes as well as implementing new technology tools to achieve strategic objectives. Prior to EY, Lisa worked as a program and fundraising manager at Pro Mujer, an international microfinance nonprofit based in Latin America. There, she evaluated the impact of microfinance, education, and healthcare programs across five Latin American countries and supported the development of blended finance vehicles that include institutional financing, private impact investment, and competitive government grants. She has also supported the development of an impact fund focused on small-to-medium scale female-owned businesses in Latin America and served as a specialist consultant for The World Bank Group, providing recommendations on sustainable entrepreneurial ecosystem development in Haiti.
Lisa holds a Bachelor of Arts in journalism and international economics from Manhattan College and a Master of Business Administration from Georgetown University. During her MBA program, Lisa received the Thought-Leadership Award and was a Student Fellow for the Center for Financial Markets and Policy, evaluating the policy, ethics, and performance of sustainable investment funds.
